Rust'd out rear wheel arches and on the hatch door around the window, rust around the lift points under chassis.

Car is currently not running due to idk wtf but it ran and drove fine then just stalled and would not start again.

I would consider parting

Wheel arches in the rear yes, but the strut towers seem fine…

The car does run and drive as of now.

Sorry not going to part it at this particular time.

As it runs and drives with no issues I have to raise the price a little...
