Running a 16v WITHOUT cis
Anyone runnin a 16v (1.8 or 2) without the CIS? What fuel system did you use instead, or what fuel setup would you reccomend to replace the CIS?

Re: Running a 16v WITHOUT cis
im running standalone, on the 16VT, but you could get you a digifant one setup from a G60, get a chip from Techtonics, but a fuel rail, and run it that way. Bartek did on his 16v scirocco, and its a damn animal! what not finish the 1.8T?

Re: Running a 16v WITHOUT cis
Its a long story as to why I cant finish the 1.8t. Not something that I am proud of, but I dont want to sell my car and let all my time put into it go away...I cant keeping putting a lot of money into it to finish. (I wil be going back to college at UGF) So instead, came up with another idea for it...kompressorgolf wrote:im running standalone, on the 16VT, but you could get you a digifant one setup from a G60, get a chip from Techtonics, but a fuel rail, and run it that way.
