Will all the new boosties my old BPV's died, which isn't a shock given their age. Ordered a new set of APR R1's that will be in today.

Car is making consistant 20 psi boost, but has been throwing an overboost fault and dropping into limp mode. We're all pretty sure it's a software issue. Two weeks ago VAST shut their doors, so we had to start over tuning with APR. In the long run, I'm happier APR is doing my programing anyway. Bozeman Audi has had to purchase additional software to install the APR program on the ECU, and we may have to send it out to APR for the intial reflash.
Props to 3zero3 for honoring the VAST programing and switching to APR at no additonal cost. Also, to Bozeman Audi for holding to their original estimate despite the additonal hours of reprograming and the extra time of learning along the way. This is just one of those things when building a car no matter if you're doing the work or someone else is.

Ya I would say the tune also. I heard ARP is pretty good. That baby will rip when all is said and done.

did you ever consider running J-Fonz for tuning? I went with him and am pretty happy with the results. I've had 1 revision and it made a big difference. Was ready for a second one but I'm adding water meth this winter so decided to wait.

The tuning was switched to APR when VAST died at no additional cost, so I didn't look elsewhere. I've used APR before and have been happy with the results. APR has asked for additional logs, the dealership is just getting the hang of logging data blocks, and the build is dragging on. At this point there's only a few weeks left of warm weather and I'm about ready to write this season off.

APR got the info they needed. ECU has been mailed out. Inching closer...
